If you consciously hold an asana, it can alter the way you think, feel, and experience life. This is what hatha yoga can do.

To be able to sit still, working only on your body is not enough. You also have to settle your mind, emotions, and energy.

When you do not know what to choose, show total involvement in everything. Then life will choose, and it is never wrong.

If the world was guided by youth, it would be a better place. They are the ones who are most alive, idealistic, and energetic.

If you apply only your intellect, you will get confused about every little thing in life.
